Terms of Agreement

  • We are not responsible for any problems that arise from not reading the TOA.

  • All works can be used for promotional and portfolio purposes.

  • Among the live 2D tracking programs, we only operate on 'Vtube Studio'.

  • If the illustration parts are insufficiently divided, the commission request may be rejected.[Additional costs will occur for works with excessive parts. [examples: hair parts, dresses, and accessories]

  • Modifications can be made up to two times.

    Excessive changes cannot be made to the initially requested settings. It is recommended to suggest multiple editing opinions at once.
    Changes to parts and illustrations due to personal change of mind at the time of rigging are not considered as viable modifications.

  • When applying for the commission, please provide a detailed description of your desired motion or movement.
    Rigging is like drawing a new picture that looks and moves naturally at diverse angles.
    Even if the work is done according to the data you provided, it may be difficult to implement some details perfectly.
    In this case, we will contact you ASAP as these parts will require further discussion.

  • All works are for commercial use.

    As for work priority, submitted PSD illustration file with separated rigging parts and organized application form will be worked on first. Once a model is complete, we’ll move on to the next submission.

  • Work files (cmo3) are sold at additional 100% of the total work cost.

Order Requirements

  1. Select your commission type.

  2. Character’s illustration PSD file with separated parts and concepts.

  3. Additional parts and facial expressions.

  4. Other additional items or requests (rush order, details)

  5. Your stream name.

Workflow

Application Inquiry > Deposit (50%) > Coordination > Rigging > Mid-inspection > Modification > Completion

All works are used for promotional and portfolio purposes.

PAYMENT 

  • You can check my pricing on the Price Page.

  • Payment is by PayPal only. I will create and send you PayPal invoices.

  • PayPal transaction fees are not included in the pricing.

  • As stated in Workflow, you will need to pay 50% deposit prior to confirm & start the rigging process.

  • If the commission is canceled due to the client's cause, the deposit will not be refundable.

  • If I cannot finish the commission due to my own cause, you'll be given a full refund.

  • Once the work is finalized and confirmed, refunds cannot be given.
